Answer:Absolutely. In fact if you have a job in real estate you have great contacts and for a broker who is advertising businesses it is a perfect match.

Question: This sounds to good to be true. It seems  like a low amount of money to start your own business. Can I really get into a business for this much money and really make a living? Is it legitimate?
Answer:Well we understand your concern. Yes everything is legitimate. When we decided to market the product we faced the same challenges any business has. We could open offices up and manage them remotely. Instead we came up with the idea of being able to put someone in business while providing most of the startup costs for them. The business itself is a new concept though and like any business it will depend on your own hard work to be successful. You are sharing in the new technology and startup risk with us and we want to make that very clear. All businesses have risk but also have the reward that comes with them. Our CEO Patrick is a successful business person and he knows the difficulty people have getting financed in any venture. His goal is to make you as successful as he can.  It is really that simple.  Question: I have another person and we would like to start working together.
Answer: You may have more than one person working with you only after we expand as far as generating leads .Office work is ok and your decision.  I have kept the costs low to give people a great opportunity and depend on all parties to be honest in their dealings. I  will decide all disputes and it will be the final word.

Question: What if I move or decide to sell?
Answer:
We understand you have worked hard to make your business a success and would like at some time to either hand your business down or sell . We will not get in your way to do that. You may sell as long as we have ok’d the contract and given  the ok to the  buyer or designated person you may be turning it over to. We do retain the right of first refusal to buy it ourselves.

Question: How long does it take to start working?
Answer: After you have been given the ok we will work together to setup all of the marketing and sales tools. This applies to the initial people wo start as part of teh company. After that  we will setup a time to do training and answer any questions we may have for each other. You can start making sales calls with confidence. We should be able to start pre-selling with a grand opening special as soon as the marketing materials and  training is done.

Question: I’m not sure if I am a good sales person how do I get leads.
Answer: The current marketing package will have ideas for you to get and keep a ongoing lead system. Many times the product will literally sell itself with little input other than getting the material explaining  it to the prospective business sellers.
Also I will be introducing other related products to give you multiple streams of income.Those will be instituted as we proceed.
